In season one, the main plot was how the main character John B realizes that his fathers death was connected to a lot more than he thought. He ends up falling in love, learning about what really happened to his father, and about a big treasure that could be worth millions. At the end of the season he ends up stranded on a boat to the Bahamas with his girlfriend Sarah Cameron with the town they live in thinking they died.
In season two we have John B’s friends thinking that he really has passed away. While that is happening he and Sarah are hiding in the Bahamas trying not to be caught by locals who recognize them, because surprise, they have a bounty on them. Throughout the season we see the group of friends get together and fight against the people who are against them.
In season three things start off pretty slow, with the crew learning about a new pile of gold somewhere around. Finally at the end of the season the group gets the gold. We see them happy for the first time in a while.
Outer Banks Season Four
Back to where we started, The season that just came out, Season four picks right back up where they left off. In the first couple episodes of the season, the group of friends is rich. With 1 million dollars in their name. In the first half we see the group spend their money to make a boat shop. Then John B’s best friend spends maybe a little too much money.
Now the group is broken, Then arises a new opportunity to find more gold. The group of friends want to do it as soon as possible; knowing it’ll help with their money situation. We find out that John B’s best friend might be more of a key to finding the gold than they originally thought.
I really liked the first half of the season. With my only complaint being that some of the characters were so brutally irresponsible with their money. Leading me to get severely annoyed with them.
