Under the leadership of Coach Gigliello, the Woodbridge High School Golf Team thrives in both competitiveness and sportsmanship. On Wednesday, March 19, Christopher Andreola and Brett Ayers attended the Greater Middlesex County Sportsmanship Summit where they acquired knowledge on sportsmanship and leadership which they passed on throughout the team, promoting a healthy and non-toxic team relationship which is crucial to any group’s success.
Sophomore Brett Ayers stated, “Golf is not a sport that is necessarily about winning or losing. It is about going out and meeting new people who share the same passion for golf that you do and playing a round with them.”
