Kate Winslet, born on October 5th, 1975 in Reading, England is an actress best known for her role as Rose DeWitt Bukater in the movie Titanic. In addition to her successful role in Titanic, she received an Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in The Reader, as well as an Emmy Award for Best Actress in a Miniseries for her major role in 2011’s Mildred Pierce.
