Below are life hacks that will benefit you at home, school, and overall different parts of life.
- To prevent the doors from freezing up, spray cooking spray in cracks of doors and rubber.
- Keep wool socks in glove box to save time if you ever need to get out of your car to push it over ice for better traction
- Keep showers short so skin doesn’t dry out
- Wear sunscreen
- Pipe insulation to fill gaps below doors
- Use dry shampoo (no grease and saves time)
- Put vaseline on hands to prevent dry skin
- Cozy light (empty jar, foam particles, led lights, felt circle and twine to decorate)
- Create a fuzzy sock with grip to avoid falling (hot glue bottoms)
- Wax shoes for water proof effect
- Winter season is dry season. Invest in chap stick, lotion, or moisturizing sheet masks to prevent dry skin.
- Use the oven as much as possible. It will help keep your house warm.
- Take lukewarm showers. This will keep your body’s natural oils in your skin, reducing dryness.
- Humidifiers help with nosebleeds and uncomfortable winter dryness.
