Sweetberry Bowls is a small chain restaurant with a location in Woodbridge, New Jersey that offers fast and healthy food alternatives to modern-day fast-food options.

This restaurant was created by Desi Saran in 2017 and grew to have 20 locations across seven states in the U.S.

The Woodbridge Sweetberry is located at 761 St.Georges Ave, Woodbridge Township, New Jersey.

They are most known for their bowls and smoothies. Some of their menu items include the Sweetbery bowl, the Hermosa bowl, the Hylo bowl, the Sweet Beet Wrap, the Purple Jungle Smoothie, and a build-your-own salad option.

Haley’s typical order from Sweetberry Bowls is a Hermosa bowl. It is an acai bowl containing strawberries, blueberries, honey, and gluten-free granola. She sometimes adds vanilla protein powder which costs an additional dollar.

The bowl costs $13 and can be compared to Playa Bowl’s Pura Vida, which has similar ingredients and costs $11.

Sweetberry Bowls fruit bowls are typically priced at $13-14 which is slightly more expensive than other restaurants. Compared to Playa Bowls, their price range for their bowls is $9-12.

Personal Experience

From our personal experience, we have always received excellent service and quality from the Woodbridge location of Sweetberry Bowls. Their house is open from 10 A.M. to 8 P.M. week round, offering nine hours of service per day.

This specific location is around various other food service establishments and chains such as Mcdonald’s, Papa John’s, and Subway. This offers additional options and makes it a great location for this restaurant.

The Woodbridge location offers dine-in, takeout, and no-contact delivery. They have a rating of 4.4 stars out of 5 on Google reviews and a ⅘ on Grubhub ratings for this specific Sweetberry Bowl location.

We enjoy the environment of this restaurant. It appears to be spotless, and it is a small inside of the establishment. However, there is still a decent amount of space to sit if you decide to dine in. It is generally pretty empty when I go with only about four to five customers at the maximum.

The staff has always been very friendly and kind to me and usually makes my order very swiftly. The wait time is usually about 2-3 minutes on the low end, and 10-15 on the high end, especially if you come in during a rush.

In summary, We believe the Woodbridge location of Sweetberry Bowls is a great place if you want something fast but healthy. Although it’s a little pricier than other similar restaurants, it doesn’t diminish or take away from the overall positive experience.

We would highly recommend this restaurant based on my many experiences and would rate it a 4.5 out of 5 stars.
